| Gillian Cockburn
qualified as a solicitor in 1979. She was formerly at
Lovell White Durrant, a large City practice, Nabarro
Nathanson and Touche Ross, the accountants. She has a
Masters Degree in Tax Law from Kings College, London. She
is a law graduate of Southampton University. She has
contributed to the Law Society's Probate Lawyers'
Handbook and written and lectured on her subject. She is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners, the Charity Law Association and a contributor to Kelly's Draftsman (Butterworths). The Firm is a member of the Association of Christian Law firms. Caroline Sturge and Simon Clark are assistant solicitors with the firm.
